"Dasha the Indian Runner Duck!"
Did you know this breed of duck does not waddle but runs! Their upright stance allows this rather comical feat. In this all day class you will learn to needle felt this sweet duck over a cotton wrapped wire armature. You will create her little webbed duck feet using both felt and wool. Her bill is designed in the same manner. You will be provided an old vintage spool on which she will perch. There will be an array of ribbon color to choose from for spindle wrapping. Dasha stands about 5 inches high and is happy to hold the ribbon end steady for you! This is a level two class. Having some prior needle felting experience is helpful!
